The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking range with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are available.
The large living room is comfortable: equipped with WiFi and a TV, a large wooden table for meals for six, and a relaxation area with sofa, coffee table and armchairs.
The living room, with a bay window, is extended by a balcony and offers a breathtaking view of the Luberon.
The laundry room – washing machine and dryer – is located in the pool house at garden level.

Parking is private, it is provided on the north side of the house and allows the recharging of electric cars.

Below, the small fruit garden offers the freshness of a beautiful swimming pool (3.5x8m) bordered by a massive stone coping, equipped with wooden deckchairs for sunbathing.
The pleasure continues with the summer kitchen sheltered from the sun – grilled meats, plancha-grilled vegetables – for aperitif moments accompanied by the concert of the cicadas, or festive evenings by the water around the large wooden table, in the chirping crickets.
